Hiya James! I've just got home from your show at the Boardwalk Sheffield and it was fantastic!
As I said when we spoke it was a privilage meeting you.
I've been brought up on all the songs that you have played on and influenced greatly
in my songwriting and love of the guitar.
I'm a Fender man too and play a 50th anniversary sunburst strat.
I was ill last year as I suffer from a stomach problem called crohn's desease and this lead me
to having my second major surgery. Music's my life as it is yours and I just love playing the guitar
and writing songs.I have found music to be very powerful and an inspiration to me when I have been ill.
Many thanks! We Hope to see you again soon!

My son and I came to the James Burton Guitar Festival for our first time
and it was the best we have ever been at.
The Saturday night show was the greatest.
I have met james several times and he is the most humble man
I have had the opportunity to get to know.
He is never too busy to stop to talk to you or take a picture with his fan.
The staff and the volunteers were so helpful to my son and myself.
We can not wait till the next festival because it helps the kids
and the talent at the show is very enjoyable.
We will be at next festival because you have a man named James Burton
who gives his heart and soul to the children to give them a chance to play the music.

We have just returned from our trip to Shreveport for James' show - WHAT CAN I SAY????
The show was terrific, with a fabulous line-up. We enjoyed every minute of it.
Attending the kids' show on the Sunday really brought home to us just
what you are trying to achieve with your work with the Foundation and we were so pleased
to have been able to attend.
The whole Festival weekend was well worth the 9,000 mile round trip.
We would urge everyone to try and attend the next one and do all
that you can to support James' Foundation and it's work for the kids.
We love you. God bless you.

Once again, my expectations for a great show were surpassed.
Each event's music was outstanding, but I was inspired by James' compassion
and respect for his fans.
I watched him on Friday night and noticed he was never too busy to stop
to talk with fans or to pose for pictures.
Not only is he a fine musician, but a true gentleman, as well.
His love for children and music was made clear in Sunday's concert.
As I said, following the 2005 show, he and Doyle Dykes bold
declaration of their Christian faith in a secular environment was awesome.
God bless both of them.
